Dev Campage is an email campaign management platform that enables users to compose, send, and manage email communications. We provide various tools, including automation, tracking, and integration with third-party services.

3. Account Registration and Security

• Google OAuth & Manual Login: You may register via Google OAuth or manually create an account.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibilit

4. User Permissions and Email Access

To offer seamless email campaign services, we request access to the following:

• Send Emails:To send emails from your email address to your recipients.

• Access Metadata: To analyze email performance.

By granting these permissions, you authorize Dev Campage to manage email-related tasks on your behalf.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Dev Campage offers both one-time and subscription-based services via Razorpay.

• Monthly Plan: Non-refundable if canceled after 10 days; service continues until the end of the billing period.

• Yearly Plan (Billed Monthly): If canceled after 10 days, service continues until the end of the billing period, and an early termination fee applies.

• Yearly Plan (Billed Upfront):

  Non-refundable if canceled after 10 days; service continues until the contract ends.

All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refunds for cancellations after the refund period specified above.

• If Dev Campage suspends or terminates your account due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• User Content :You retain ownership of the emails and content you create within the platform.

• License to Use : By using our Service, you grant Dev Campage the right to process and store your content to provide the Service.

• Dev Campage IP : All software, branding, and platform functionalities are owned by Dev Campage and cannot be reproduced without permission.

8. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to :

• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or illegal activities.

• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our systems.

• Share account access or credentials with unauthorized users.

9. Termination of Service

• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

• Dev Campage reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dev Campage provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
